The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the application guide and admission requirements for private universities and colleges for the academic year 2025/2026.
The guide includes the general principles adopted by the central electronic application and admission system, the terms and conditions for applying to morning and evening studies, the regulations for other channels, the free scholarship for medical students, the minimum admission requirements for each specialization at private universities and colleges, the admission requirements for each department, and the application process through the Higher Education Electronic Platform (HEPIQ/Qadam Platform).
In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the first phase of online applications (account creation phase), according to the steps outlined in the guide.
