Based on its role in disseminating a culture of human rights and consolidating the values of social responsibility, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, the Human Rights Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine organized an educational seminar entitled:
“Human Rights and Social Responsibility… Integration for Future Generations,” on Monday, December 1, 2025.
The seminar was presented by Assistant Lecturer Rasel Mohsen Hashem, Ms. Marwa Yousef Mohammed, and Ms. Tabarak Sabbar Hassan. They addressed the most prominent fundamental concepts of human rights and the importance of integration between educational institutions and society in promoting these rights, in addition to highlighting the future role of coming generations in building a more conscious and equitable society.
The seminar witnessed active participation from the attendees, including students and faculty members, with discussions that enriched the seminar’s topic and shed light on the challenges and practices of promoting human rights within society.
