{"id":8750,"date":"2025-10-01T18:16:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T15:16:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/veterinary.uokerbala.edu.iq\/wp\/en\/?p=8750"},"modified":"2025-10-01T19:10:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T16:10:30","slug":"at-the-17th-meeting-of-the-faculty-of-veterinary-medicine-council-university-of-kerbala-discussion-of-preparations-for-the-academic-year-infrastructure-development-and-digital-automation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veterinary.uokerbala.edu.iq\/wp\/en\/2025\/10\/01\/at-the-17th-meeting-of-the-faculty-of-veterinary-medicine-council-university-of-kerbala-discussion-of-preparations-for-the-academic-year-infrastructure-development-and-digital-automation\/","title":{"rendered":"At the 2 meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Council: University of Kerbala Discussion of preparations for the academic year infrastructure development and digital automation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 At the 2 meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Council: University of Kerbala Discussion of preparations for the academic year infrastructure development and digital automation<\/p>\n<p>The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Council at the University of Karbala held its 17th session chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi Dean of the Faculty where the Council discussed a number of important topics related to preparations for the new academic year and enhancing the educational and service environment within the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p>The Dean began the meeting by emphasising the need to maintain the cleanliness of the college and all its facilities, including buildings and corridors and considering this to be part of everyone&#8217;s responsibility to ensure a healthy and ideal environment for education.<\/p>\n<p>The importance of implementing the HIPIQ system for administrative and digital automation was also highlighted and faculty members were instructed to meet with students and explain how the system works and the importance and benefits of its implementation in improving academic and administrative performance.<\/p>\n<p>In a related context, the Council discussed the practical steps to prepare the college to receive students at the beginning of the new academic year by completing all the necessary administrative and service preparations.<\/p>\n<p>The importance of providing safety and security requirements in the college was also emphasised, and the Dean was instructed to prepare a detailed report to be submitted to the University Presidency, clarifying the measures taken in this regard to ensure the safety of all students and staff.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting touched on the importance of investing the energies and skills of scholarship students affiliated with the college in supporting and developing the scientific and research aspects, thereby enhancing the college&#8217;s standing locally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to infrastructure, the Council stressed the need to complete infrastructure projects at the college in a manner that is fully compliant with the standards adopted in modern educational environments.<\/p>\n<p>The importance of accurately tracking student attendance and submitting daily reports to the Registration and Student Affairs Division regarding absences was also emphasised to ensure academic discipline.<\/p>\n<p>This session was part of a series of regular meetings held by the College Council as part of the administration&#8217;s commitment to continuous monitoring and achieving the college&#8217;s vision of academic and administrative excellence.<\/p>\n<p>To see photos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/z6UsWC2a8cbv23cf6\">click here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 At the 2 meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Council: University of Kerbala Discussion of preparations for the academic year infrastructure development and digital automation&hellip;
