\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The College of Veterinary Medicine Council at the University of Kerbala held its eighth session, chaired by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, with a clear focus on strengthening the alignment of educational outcomes with labor market demands.<\/p>\n

The session hosted representatives from employers and graduates, where discussions centered on developing curricula to meet labor market needs, supporting practical training, and enhancing students’ skills to produce graduates better prepared and more readily integrated into the workforce.<\/p>\n

The council also addressed several academic directives, most notably emphasizing the importance of strengthening academic rigor, monitoring the work of scientific committees and academic journals, preparing for final examinations and ensuring all necessary resources are available, monitoring student attendance rates, and fulfilling the requirements for institutional accreditation.<\/p>\n

The Dean stressed the importance of engaging with professional institutions and involving them in developing the educational process, thereby enhancing employment opportunities and raising the quality of academic outcomes.<\/p>\n
