Iraqi Academics Syndicate, the Branch of Holy Karbala has elected its representative in the College of Veterinary Medicine.

On a democratic practice, the elections of the representative of Iraqi Academics Syndicate / Holy Karbala Branch has been held in the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala for the purpose of electing the representative of the College with the participation of the Dean of the College and all the faculty professors and staff members associated with the Syndicate. The election practice conducted in the presence of the members of the Syndicate Council/ the Branch of Holy Karbala including Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fadel Khudair Al-Sultani and Assistant Prof. Dr. Amir Ali Khalil Al-Musawi.

The electoral process witnessed the participation of all academics on a democratic manner, where Dr. Muhammad Jassem Jawad Al-Daami, head of Physiology Branch has been elected.

On this democratic process, which took place with high transparency and characterized by a spirit of competition and fraternity, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Al-Bazi congratulated Dr. Muhammad Al-Daami, the winning candidate. In accordance with the aim of the Syndicate’s work, Al-Bazi presented good washings for Al-Daami to achieve success in performing his duties so as to improve the teaching profession, enhance the profession ethics of the academic work in Iraqi universities and claim and defend the teachers’ rights.
