The College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kerbala organized a training course entitled: Conducting hyperovulation processes in farm animals – sheep and goats

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Wefaq Jubouri Al-Bazi The Continous Education Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala organized a free attendance training course entitled: Conducting hyperovulation processes in farm animals (sheep and goats). The training course was presented by assistant Prof. Dr. Ali Jassim Jaafar. Assistant Prof. Dr. Mayada Sahib Hassan and Lec. Dr. Rana Abdel Amir Jawad, the teaching staff at the College of Veterinary Medicine, visited the surgery room in the animal field, in the presence of a number of professors
The training course aims to:
1- Improving the gender by selecting good eggs in the field of embryo transfer.
2- Genetic improvement of farm animals (sheep and goats).
3- Shortening the period of time in procreation through the occurrence of excessive ovulation and obtaining 5-10 eggs during one estrous cycle.
4- Getting rid of hereditary venereal diseases and excluding animals with poor genetic and productive characteristics.
