The activities of the students at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine during Imam Hussein’s Fortieth Day Pilgrimage. 

The axis of awareness and education campaigns  

          The College of Veterinary Medicine/ University of Karbala organizes its efforts of awareness and education campaigns concerning the hemorrhagic fever virus and Corona, as a contribution to providing various services to the visitors of the master of martyrs Imam Hussein, (peace be upon him) under the direct supervision, guidance and follow-up of Prof. Wefaq Al-Bazi, the Dean of the College and Dr. Wesam Abd Al-Rasool Al-Jabery, the manager of the Veterinary Hospital in the Governorate.

      This contribution was made in cooperation with the Veterinary Hospital in the Holy City of Karbala and the Syndicate of Veterinarians, Karbala branch, in several areas of the Holy City of Karbala, in addition to the Governorates of Babylon, Muthanna and Baghdad. 

      This axis also included examining animals and meat in Al-Husseini processions, giving preventive instructions and a simplified explanation of the most important common diseases, methods of transmission, and educational awareness videos and providing visitors with printed sheets of Imam Hussein’s Fortieth Day Pilgrimage.
