The Minister of Education discusses with the Deans of Engineering and Science the procedures for implementing the Bologna Process

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, held a meeting with the deans of the faculties of engineering and science in universities to discuss the procedures for implementing the Bologna Process in the current academic year.

The Minister of Education, in the presence of a number of advanced staff, reviewed the importance of shifting the educational system towards the Bologna process, which would address the gap and bring the paths closer between the university environment and the labor market in the public and private sectors.

He stressed that the Bologna process represents the most important success stations achieved by the Ministry of Education and its institutions, pointing out that the application of the indicator in the four technical universities was praised by the UNESCO Office and the European Union Mission in Baghdad, noting at the same time that the faculties of engineering and science and their departments deserve to bear this responsibility and contribute to completing the successive steps of success.

The deans presented their perceptions, task map and steps included in the Bologna process in the course of implementation, which will provide a new impetus to the educational process through the adoption of the student as a basis for the new executive procedures
