The college of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala organized a seminar on the causes of abortion in farm animals and was held in the discussion hall at the college, lectured by the assistant professor Dr. Ihab Ghazi Mahdi and the lecturer Dr. Mohamed Asaad Saleh and attended by a number of lecturers and students . The aim of this seminar is to clarify the main infectious and non-infectious causes of abortion In cattle and sheep
by the seminar , reference was made to the causes of abortion that may be transmitted to humans as zoonotic diseases that have an effect on public health and how to deal with them.
