At the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Karbala, a master’s thesis in the field of physiology, biochemistry and pharmacology was discussed by the student (Tuqa Saber Rahi) in title (The protective effect of folic acid on the damage caused by methionine overload on the function of liver cells in male rats)
On Thursday, 3/December/2020, in the discussion hall of the college, the discussion and supervision committee consisted of Prof. Ayed Hameed Hassen /Chairman.

The thesis aimed to know the protective role of folic acid on the harmful effect of methionine on liver and kidney function.
The letter also discussed the harmful effect of over-administration of methionine on the liver and kidneys and the protective role of folic acid in reducing the damage caused by methionine. The students got a grade of excellent on her mission, wishing her success.
