The course aimed to introduce the principles of molecular polymerase chain reaction technology, which is important in the accurate molecular diagnosis of many natural genotypes and differences in the genetic material (genetic genes) encoded for proteins specific for phenotypic traits in the human and animal body, and the diagnosis of different pathogens for humans and animals.
It also included a brief definition of the basic types of this important molecular technology and its scientific applications in accurate and rapid diagnosis of genetic changes of genes and various pathogens for humans and animals, and the assistance of diagnostic laboratories, forensic medicine, forensic diagnosis, scientific research centers and graduate students in various disciplines.
