Documents required for registration:
1- The original preparatory study document supported by the approval of the General Directorate of Education.
2- A surety bond according to a form prepared by the Legal Affairs… If the sponsor is an employee at the University of Kerbala, only the department’s ID is required… But if the employee is from outside the university, a letter of confirmation of service continuity is required addressed to the College of Veterinary Medicine.
3- A colored copy of the Iraqi civil status identity card or the national card.
4- Medical examination form according to the health fitness system No. (5 of 1992)
5- Recent (8) photos.
6- Documents of the student’s guardian (nationality or unified national card – ration card – housing card).
