Within the framework of joint cooperation with the Veterinary Hospital in the Holy Karbala Governorate, Prof. Rana Abdul-Amir Jawad, Director of the Continuing Education Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, within the expanded meeting of the hemorrhagic fever emergency room with the Director of the General Veterinary Hospital in the Holy Karbala Governorate, Dr. Wissam Abdul Rasoul Al-Jabri, and a number of committee members at the Veterinary Hospital.
During the meeting, which is complementary to the series of joint meetings between the two sides, many important issues related to hemorrhagic fever were discussed, including the continuation of spraying and dipping animals to get rid of ticks, which are the main carrier of this disease in a number of areas of the governorate which lasted for several days.
In addition to the formation of joint teams between the two sides to contribute to awareness and education campaigns for breeders in the areas of animal husbandry and the distribution of educational awareness brochures to the members of the Kerbala community of all an spectrums and classes to prevent this disease.
