Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University, Prof. Wefaq Al-Bazi, the Continuing Education Division organized, within the framework of its scientific activities, and in cooperation with the Branch of Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology, an in-person training course entitled Microbial Food Damage for 3 days for the period from 6-8/6/2022 in which Dr. Juman Khalil Ibrahim / Dr.Nawras Majid Hamid/ Dr. Mustafa Abdel Karim Hamid and with the participation of a number of researchers.
The training course included shedding light on the signs of food spoilage, knowing the types of microorganisms that cause it, especially bacterial ones, identifying the most important ways to detect it, and knowing the methods of food preservation that have a major role in preserving food from spoilage.
