The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of the electronic form of the students’ transfer and hosting for the academic year 2023-2022.
The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up has explained that the application procedures of transfer and hosting begin by activating the electronic form on the studies portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) by reviewing the student’s original university (college/institute) to determine the required options that do not exceed five.
The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up has indicated that the application period will continue until the end of official working hours on Thursday 29/09/2022.
The Department of Studies and Planning invites students to review the regulations for transportation and hosting (http://mohesr.gov.iq/ar/ministry_uploads/2022/08/controls-transport-and-hosting-.pdf) and to review the terms of submission.
