Students of the fourth stage at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala continue their summer training period in veterinary hospitals and dispensaries in the governorates of Karbala, Babylon, Muthanna, Wasit and Dhi Qar.
The students of the fourth stage started summer training at the beginning of the summer vacation in the veterinary hospitals and dispensaries in those governorates and under the joint supervision of the professors of clinical branches in the College and veterinarians at those hospitals and veterinary dispensaries.
The summer training for students aims to develop and refine their applied skills and allows the trainee to link between the theoretical and practical study of scientific subjects and to contribute to providing the society with efficient veterinary staffs that contribute to the elevation and advancement of the animal wealth in our dear country.
The trainee students are continuously followed up by the scientific branch professors, in addition to gaining practical experience from the veterinarians at the veterinary dispensaries.
