The Chairman of the Ministerial Committee, Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Abdul Jumaili, confirmed in his speech to the Integrity Commission team that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, directly supervises all the results indicated in the report, pointing out that the coordination space between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Integrity Commission is characterized by qualitative outputs that provided a positive atmosphere for doubling efforts and upgrading partnership and institutional integration that protects society and enhances its awareness in combating corrupt risks and encircling their phenomena.
The Director of the Legal Department, a member of the ministerial team, Dr. Ahmed Jaafar, gave a comprehensive presentation of all the manifestations, risks, measures taken, completion rates, successful experiences in the environment of higher education and scientific research, initiatives and electronic services responsible for providing direct services to citizens.
