The General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities presents to you my sincere greetings and appreciation, and I have the honor, on my behalf and on behalf of my colleagues, the presidents of Arab universities and the family of the General Secretariat of the Union, to extend to Your Excellency thanks, congratulations and blessings for the outstanding success achieved by the work of the fifty-sixth session of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, which was held at the prestigious University of Baghdad, thanks to God and then with the continuous work and sincere efforts of all work teams in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which were carried out under the direct guidance of Your Excellency, and we have touched the level Elegant reception and hospitality and diligent follow-up of all the details that contributed to the success achieved.
I am also pleased to thank Your Excellency on behalf of myself and my colleagues in the General Secretariat of the Union for the valuable initiative you launched regarding the establishment of the Arab Higher Education Zone, and we look forward to joint cooperation and coordination with the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the relevant Arab institutions to achieve this initiative.
