In confirmation of our diligent follow-up to the details resulting from the decision of the National Pension Authority regarding the retirement rights of professors and assistant professors whose job services have been extended based on the legal legislation in force, His Excellency the Prime Minister directed the adoption of the content of our letter submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on 7/4/2024, which stipulated the adoption of the extension years for this segment as actual job service and not service for work, in implementation of the amended University Service Law No. 23 of 2008.
In this regard, we renew our keenness and commitment to empower our university employees with their legally stipulated rights and to continue integration with the competent sectoral institutions to achieve the goals of the public interest.
