The Ministry of Higher Education set the twenty-first of July as a date for the launch of the form for transferring international students from outside the Iraq.
The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up clarified that the application will be according to a special electronic form through its portal, starting from (www.dirasat-gate.org) 21/7/2024 until Sunday, 1/9/2024.
