Emphasizing the context of possible legal treatments that are commensurate with the objective of the educational process in enabling students to complete the necessary educational achievement, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, directed the following decision:
Considering the academic year 2024/2023 as a non-failing year for students whose entries will be numbered at all stages of the morning and evening preliminary studies who took the evaluation and non-evaluation exams in the first and second rounds in public and private universities.
