Division of Human Resource Management in the College of Veterinary Medicine

            The work of the Human Resources Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala is summarized in planning and organizing the administrative affairs of the college, following up the progress of work in it, and taking the necessary measures to achieve the best possible formulas in its practice, implementing the Civil Service Law, the University Service Law No. 23 of 2008, the Law on Salaries of State and Public Sector Employees No. 22 of 2008, and the Unified Retirement Law No. 27 of 2007, as amended. And the law of discipline of state employees and its amendments as far as it concerns the employees and teachers in the college and follow-up and implementation of orders and instructions issued by the presidency of the University of Karbala.

And issuing administrative orders for granting the college’s employees regular and sick leaves according to their entitlements, taking into account the provisions of the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960, as amended. And the provisions of the University Service Law and the instructions issued pursuant thereto.

And receive mail and correspondence for the college.

And follow up the ages of teachers and employees according to the decisions to confirm their ages issued and saved in their personal files and approach the presidency of the University of Karbala for the purpose of referring them to retirement in accordance with the University Service Law No. 23 of 2008. For teachers and the unified retirement law for employees, issuing disengagement orders, and approaching the retirement authority after organizing the service book (including his full service) for the purpose of allocating the retirement salary.

Follow up the attendance of teachers and employees and implement the instructions of the Civil Service Law against those who drop out of work.
