The College of Veterinary Medicine organizes a workshop on etiquette and career protocol

            The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University of Karbala, organized a workshop entitled Etiquette and Career Protocol, in which Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Jalil Abis lectured, in which the employees of the University of Karbala and the new appointees in the colleges participated.

It aims to identify etiquette and job protocol, which is a combination of professional rules and behaviors that govern actions within the work environment, which enhances respect and organization, contributes to achieving institutional goals effectively and reflects taste and professionalism in dealing with colleagues, managers and customers, in addition to a statement of commitment to etiquette and job protocol that reflects the employee’s professional personality, and promotes a culture of respect and organization within the institution.

It included several axes, the most important of which are identifying the general appearance and behavior, knowing the rules of professional communication, how to manage official meetings, time management and commitment, etiquette of dealing with colleagues, how to deal with e-mail and official correspondence, in addition to highlighting the protocol for dealing with officials and customers.
