The College of Veterinary Medicine organizes a workshop to introduce the civil service law to new appointees at the University of Karbala
Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asaad Saleh, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the Presidency of the University, organized for the third week in a row a special workshop for new appointees in the faculties of the university entitled (Civil Service Law) in which Assistant Professor Dr. Murtaja Abdul Jabbar Mustafa lectured.
The workshop aimed to introduce the participants to the Civil Service Law, which is the legal framework for regulating the affairs of civil servants working in state departments and the public sector, and focused on regulating the relationship between the employee and the state, clarifying job rights and duties, in addition to highlighting the most important amendments and developments that have occurred in the law.
Participants praised the importance of the workshop in providing clear and comprehensive information about the Civil Service Law, which helps new recruits to integrate into the work environment with full awareness of legal rights and duties.
This workshop is part of a series of activities aimed at developing the efficiency of human cadres at the University of Karbala and enhancing the legal understanding of employees in a way that contributes to improving job and administrative performance.
