Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, and for the fourth week in a row, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University Presidency, continues to organize workshops directed to new appointees who were distributed by the Federal Service Council and under the title (Leadership and Strategic Planning) in which Assistant Teacher Muhammad Jalil Abbis lectured.
The workshop aims to prepare competencies of new recruits to be active elements in the development of institutional work through their understanding of leadership roles and strategic planning methods that enable them to contribute to achieving the university’s goals and ensuring continuity of success in a dynamic work environment.
The Dean of the Faculty stressed that these workshops come within the vision of the College and the University to qualify new job cadres and prepare them to actively engage in institutional work, in a way that contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of the university and ensuring sustainable excellence.
These efforts are an extension of the university’s endeavor to provide a modern educational and administrative environment capable of meeting the requirements of continuous development in academic institutions.
