In a step that reflects the keenness to develop academic and research performance, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, announced the assignment of Prof. Dr. Latif Ibrahim Kazem as Head of the Diseases and Poultry and Fish Diseases Branch at the college.
In a statement, Dr. Al Kaabi stressed that this assignment comes in recognition of the scientific competence and distinguished expertise enjoyed by Dr. Latif, which will contribute to enhancing the level of education and scientific research in the branch.
He also expressed confidence that the new leadership will continue to work to achieve more achievements in the fields of veterinary diseases, poultry and fish diseases.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Latif Ibrahim Kazem expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of the College for this trust, stressing his commitment to work with his colleagues and faculty members in the branch to develop study plans and promote research that serves the community and supports the livestock sector in Iraq.
