The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala sheds light on the tasks of the Human Resources Division

            The Human Resources Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala is one of the main pillars that contribute to achieving the objectives of the college and developing its administrative environment, and in this context, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, stressed the importance of the role played by the Division in supporting administrative performance and enhancing work efficiency within the college.

Al Kaabi explained that the Human Resources Division carries out several essential tasks, including managing the files of teaching and administrative staff, organizing processes related to appointments, transfer and retirement, following up on personnel affairs and working to implement administrative policies in line with the laws and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

He added that the Division is working to develop the skills of employees through the participation of its cadres in training courses and workshops aimed at enhancing job performance and improving the services provided, pointing out that the Division’s efforts are not limited to the administrative aspect, but extend to enhancing the work environment and achieving job satisfaction.

The Dean of the College concluded his speech by praising the staff in the Human Resources Division and its official, Mrs. Saja Salem Jawad, stressing that they represent a role model in commitment and dedication, calling for further development and cooperation to achieve the college’s vision of being a leading scientific and administrative center.
