The Department of Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala held its periodic meeting to discuss the recommendations and directives of the esteemed University and College Councils, within the framework of keenness to improve academic and administrative performance and enhance the quality of the educational process.
The meeting dealt with several important axes, including the distribution of teaching assignments for the second semester of the primary and postgraduate studies to ensure a balance between teaching staff and provide the best level of education for students.
The meeting also discussed the preparation of laboratory supplies necessary to support the practical and applied aspects of the curricula to ensure the provision of an integrated educational environment that meets the needs of students and contributes to enhancing their scientific and research skills.
The meeting stressed the importance of adhering to the directives of the University and College Council and working in a team spirit to achieve academic and research goals that serve the interest of students and enhance the college’s position among its peers.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to develop specific mechanisms to implement the recommendations and follow up on achievements periodically in a way that contributes to the development of the academic and administrative performance of the branch.
