The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has granted institutional accreditation to the universities of Mustansiriya, Anbar, Karbala, Muthanna and Al-Mustaqbal.

              The text of the decision stated that the Iraqi Council for Institutional Accreditation in the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority decided to grant each of the universities of Mustansiriya, Anbar, Muthana, Karbala and Future institutional accreditation in order to meet the standards of the institution’s educational strategy, governance, management, financial and material resources, faculty members, students, scientific research, community service and curricula.

In turn, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, stressed the keenness and commitment of universities to embody the requirements of quality and accreditation, achieve the mission and objectives of the educational institution and keep pace with the global path of academic education, while university presidents valued the ministry’s interest in the quality of education and institutional performance in accordance with the requirements of development and its global goals.
