Under the supervision of the Dean of the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed As’ad Saleh Al-Kaabi, the College of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University organized the (Dean’s) Table Tennis Championship as part of the college’s efforts to promote sports activities among its members.
The championship, organized by the Sports Activities Unit in the college, saw participation from faculty members, students, and staff, where players competed with high sportsmanship in the college premises in an enthusiastic atmosphere aimed at enhancing interaction and communication among various college groups.
Mr. Sajad Nasser Mahjar managed the matches of the championship, overseeing the refereeing to ensure the competitions proceeded according to the established laws and regulations.
The Dean of the college emphasized the importance of organizing such sports events for their role in developing sportsmanship, enhancing social relationships, and alleviating academic and work-related pressures.
