At the end of the course, an evaluation test was conducted for the participants to measure the extent to which they benefited from the content of the course within an organized framework that ensures the achievement of the desired objectives in enhancing the level of job performance.
Al-Kaabi pointed out the importance of these courses in raising the efficiency of employees, stressing that the continuous development of human cadres is one of the priorities that contribute to improving the educational and administrative environment in the college.
