The College of Veterinary Medicine holds its tenth session of the Faculty Council

               The Deanship of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University organized the tenth session of the Faculty Council under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asad Saleh Al-Kaabi, Dean of the Faculty, in the presence of the members of the Council, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Secretary of the Council, and the representative of the Academic Syndicate in the Faculty.

The work of the session focused on discussing ways to enhance the educational process and improve the scientific and administrative aspects, while emphasizing the necessary preparations for the second semester and the development of academic work in the college.

The meeting came out with a set of important decisions, most notably, emphasizing the need to adhere to the official attendance according to the specified times and submit weekly reports by the heads of branches to follow up the attendance of affiliates, follow up the absences of students and urge them to abide by the rules and laws while issuing warnings to absentees, assigning educational counseling officials to follow up the conditions of students and identify the reasons for absence, taking into account health conditions and educational aspects to ensure a suitable learning environment, following up the graduation research for the final stage in preparation for the student conference, preparing for the exams for students of initial and higher studies and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the student’s education, as well as the college’s educational requirements.

During the session, the Dean emphasized the importance of concerted efforts among faculty members and administrators to ensure the achievement of the academic and administrative goals of the college and enhance its role in community service and scientific research.
