Honoring Assistant lecturer Taqa Mohammed Abdul Ridha during the participation of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in the International Women’s Day celebration

               The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University participated in the celebration organized by Karbala Governorate on the occasion of International Women’s Day, where a number of female staff at the university were honored in recognition of their efforts in various academic and administrative fields.

The ceremony, organized by the women’s section in Karbala province in cooperation with Karbala University, was attended by the university president, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, in addition to representatives of the provincial council and a group of female teachers and affiliates at the university.

As part of the ceremony, Assistant lecturer Taqa Mohammed Abdul Ridha, head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, was awarded a certificate of appreciation for her role in supporting and empowering women within the university. Prof. Dr. Yasmin Khudair Al-Ghanimi, the head of the Women’s Affairs Division at the university, was also honored, along with a number of female staff in various colleges.

This honor comes within the framework of supporting academic women and highlighting their contributions to the development of the educational and administrative process within university institutions.
