Faculty of Veterinary Medicine organizes a seminar on updating laboratory quality standards

                 Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asad Saleh Al-Kaabi, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University organized a scientific seminar to discuss the amendment of the laboratory quality guidelines with the participation of laboratory officials and members of the audit committee for laboratories.

The seminar, which was attended by Dr. Khawla Ibrahim Abdul, head of the Laboratory Quality Unit, and Ms. Wafa Haidar, head of the Quality Assurance Division, included a detailed explanation of the new standards adopted in organizing laboratory records and how to arrange them according to the updated controls.

They also addressed the mechanisms of updating the signage inside the laboratories in line with the recent amendments, emphasizing the importance of creating a work environment in accordance with occupational safety conditions.

This seminar comes within the framework of the college’s endeavor to promote quality standards and academic accreditation and ensure the application of the latest guidelines that contribute to the development of laboratory performance in a way that reflects positively on the educational and research process within the university.
