Under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, and within the framework of awareness efforts and promoting community culture, the fifth stage students at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University launched an event to introduce the work of the 911 response and control system on the sidelines of the educational seminar held at the college in cooperation with the Central Response and Control Directorate in the Operations Department at the Ministry of Interior, with the aim of highlighting the importance of rapid response to emergency situations and the role of individuals in dealing with them consciously and responsibly.
The event included the distribution of awareness brochures aimed at spreading culture and enhancing awareness of the importance of contacting emergency services when needed.
Faculty members praised the initiative, which reflected the keenness of veterinary students to provide an effective community role, stressing the importance of such events in spreading awareness and enhancing skills to deal with emergency situations, whether in the veterinary medical field or in daily life in general.
