The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, honored the mothers of martyrs and women of Iraqi sacrifice.
This came at the activities of the forum to integrate women in the labor market, which was held at the Martyr Al-Hakim Hall at Baghdad University, where he stressed that Iraqi women have achieved an important and influential presence in all fields and endured crises in all circumstances, pointing out that the Constitution of Iraq provides a guaranteed space to develop the status of women and their integration in the family and society and enhances the space of constants that summarize a history and reality of chastity and dignity and maintain the identity of the approach and behavior established by the Holy Quran as a source from which legislative and procedural contexts draw their prudent content.
He explained that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research continues its efforts to support study programs that give women’s specificity and strengthen their fields at the level of teaching, skills development and community service.
The forum included official speeches and presentations of a number of success stories in the presence and participation of a crowd of faculty, staff and students representing the Faculty of Education for Girls at Baghdad University.
