The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the availability of scholarships at a number of Singaporean universities.
The scholarships are for doctoral degrees in the fields of biomedical sciences, computer and information sciences, engineering and technology, and physical sciences, according to the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations.
