The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of (6) study fellowships offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to Iraq for the academic year 2026/2025.
The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations explains that the scholarships are for master’s and doctoral degrees, and that the deadline for application is 5/31/2025.
