Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Saleh, the Gender Justice Unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University organized an educational lecture entitled “Women in leadership positions: experiences and motivation” as part of its efforts to promote the concepts of gender justice and empower women in academic and professional institutions. The lecture was given by legal counselor Siham Matouk.
The lecture aimed at highlighting the challenges faced by women in leadership positions and sharing inspiring success stories that contribute to motivating the new generation of female students and professionals to achieve their leadership ambitions.
The lecture was attended by a number of faculty members, students and those interested in issues of equality and empowerment, where a group of real-life experiences of pioneering women in various fields were reviewed.
