The Deanship of the College of Veterinary Medicine – Karbala University announced the completion of the application process for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025-2026 and the success of its staff in auditing the electronic and paper forms of the applicants.
This was done under the direct supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College and under the close follow-up of the Graduate Studies Division, where the data and documents submitted were audited according to the ministerial controls and instructions to ensure the smooth flow of procedures and accuracy of information before the date of the competitive exam.
In a statement, Dr. Al-Kaabi praised the great efforts made by the cadres of the Graduate Studies Division and the technical and administrative committees at the college, stressing the keenness of the deanship to provide a precise organizational environment to ensure justice and transparency in the competition.
For his part, the head of the Graduate Studies Division, Dr. Faris Sahib Omran, pointed out that all students whose forms were audited have received official notifications via their e-mail, including confirmation of acceptance in the college’s database.
The college is currently preparing to receive applicants to take the competitive exam scheduled for June 30, 2025, amid intensive preparations to ensure the smooth flow of the exam in accordance with ministerial instructions.
