Minister of Education approves allowing the re-registration of unregistered students or those who did not complete the registration procedures for the academic year 2025/2024

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, has approved allowing the re-registration of centrally admitted students who did not register or did not complete the registration procedures for the academic year 2025/2024.

The decision to re-register is conditional on the students not enrolling in special public education, morning or evening study, private university education, or the colleges of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) and Imam Al-Azam (may God have mercy on him), as well as the inclusion of students accepted within the expatriate student channel.

The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up determined that the deadline for re-registering students will be one week after the announcement of the centralized admission results for the next academic year 2026/2025, noting that the academic year 2025/2024 will be considered a failure year for students covered by the decision.
