On Monday, June 30, 2025, Professor Sabah Wajid Ali, President of the University of Karbala, visited the College of Veterinary Medicine to review the progress of the competitive examination for Master’s students for the 2025-2026 academic year. He was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College.
During his inspection tour, the President of the University reviewed the examination organization mechanisms, the preparation of classrooms, and the technical and administrative requirements. He praised the College’s commitment to providing a calm and organized examination environment that ensures transparency and equal opportunities for applicants, and the precise implementation of approved ministerial directives.
For his part, the Dean of the College conducted a field tour of the examination halls to review the examination process, emphasizing the importance of adhering to ministerial directives and providing a model examination environment that enhances the quality of academic performance and supports students’ academic progress.
The Dean also commended the efforts of the examination committee and the supporting and administrative staff, appreciating the cooperation of the academic and administrative departments in making this important academic milestone a success. He also commended the applicants’ adherence to the instructions.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean expressed his thanks and appreciation to the University President for this supportive visit, which reflects the University Presidency’s interest in postgraduate studies and its commitment to raising the academic and research level across the university’s various faculties.
