The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the launch of the electronic form for transfer and hosting for the academic year 2026/2025.
The application procedures for transfer and hosting begin by activating the electronic form through the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) by reviewing the student’s original university (college/institute) to select the required options, with no more than five options.
The application period lasts until the end of official work on Sunday, 17/8/2025, and the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up invites students to review the transfer and hosting controls and preview the conditions and controls.
In this regard, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, directed all universities to accommodate the largest possible number of students wishing to transfer and host in light of the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and the admission controls and conditions for the academic year 2026/2025.
