The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) has announced the start of the registration of graduates with higher degrees from outside Iraq who wish to obtain a Federal Service Council (FSC) code through the Department of Missions portal click here
The Ministry invites those who have a previous account in the missions system to submit the form directly, while others in the same category are required to create a new account that includes the required information.
