The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University continues to achieve academic achievements as one of its faculty members Dr Fares Sahib Omran, has been awarded a certificate of participation by the international journal Discover Animals, published by Springer Nature for his participation in the evaluation of a specialized scientific research in the field of animal sciences.
Discover Animals is a prestigious international journal that publishes advanced research in the fields of animal behavior and animal welfare and is an open scientific platform for researchers and academics from around the world.
“Engaging in international research review is a valuable experience that enhances the academic level and contributes to building bridges of scientific cooperation between researchers globally” said Dr Fares, stressing that this achievement is a step in the continuous development of scientific research in Iraq.
For his part Assistant Professor Dr Mohammed Asad Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College, expressed his pride in the participation of one of the college’s teachers in an international scientific activity at this level, praising the efficiency of teaching staff and their active role in representing the university and Iraqi higher education institutions in international forums.
