The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of the electronic form for the transfer of students from outside Iraq on the international private education channel (government and private) for the academic year 2026/2025.
The Ministry explains that the application is submitted via the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal click here and will continue until Sunday, 2025/9/28.
