The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Naim Al-Aboudi, has agreed to reduce tuition fees for postgraduate students admitted for the academic year 2026/2025.
The decision includes two main cases:
1- A 50 per cent reduction in tuition fees for all years of study for students admitted to the general admission channel and privilege categories who were included in the rotation decision, and this resulted in financial consequences as a result of the transfer of their channel to the special tunnel.
2- A 25 per cent reduction in tuition fees for all years of study for students originally accepted within the special tunnel channel.
