The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala has completed the operational requirements for an electronic Human Resources Management System (HRMS), as part of its digital transformation and the implementation of electronic systems approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This achievement follows the completion of data entry and verification for teaching and administrative staff, which contributes to organizing personnel files and streamlining administrative procedures related to salaries, allowances, promotions, and leaves, in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
This work was completed by a specialized committee headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Fadhil, with direct oversight from the Dean of the College, and in line with the requirements of the approved electronic system.
The Dean of the College emphasized that completing the HRMS requirements is a significant step in developing administrative performance and enhancing the efficiency of institutional work, in accordance with the Ministry’s directives to automate procedures and modernize administrative structures in universities.
In this context, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine commended the efforts of the working committee, sending a letter of thanks and appreciation to its members in recognition of their role in completing this vital project.
This achievement comes as part of a series of administrative and organizational actions that the college is keen to implement to ensure discipline and accuracy in human resources management.
