The College of Veterinary Medicine organized a workshop entitled “Human Rights in the Digital Age: Reality Challenges and Future Prospects,” under the supervision of the Human Rights Unit and in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Division.
The workshop aimed to highlight the role of digital media in supporting human rights and to discuss the challenges related to privacy, hate speech, and misinformation, while emphasizing the importance of responsible digital literacy and ethical frameworks for its proper use.
This workshop was held under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, as part of the college’s efforts to promote human rights awareness and keep pace with contemporary digital challenges.
