The Fifth Advisory Council Meeting of the College of Veterinary Medicine Discusses Enhancing Academic Outcomes and Supporting Graduate Opportunities

           Chaired by the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, the College held its fifth Advisory Council meeting. This meeting aligns with the College’s strategic direction to enhance its educational outcomes and prepare graduates with the scientific and practical competence necessary for effective participation in the job market.

The Council discussed mechanisms for updating the undergraduate and postgraduate curricula to ensure that academic outcomes meet the demands of the professional world. This includes developing clinical training programs and enhancing field visits, thereby providing graduates with practical experience and professional skills that will improve their career prospects.

The Council also emphasized the importance of activating partnerships with the public and private sectors in the fields of veterinary medicine and agriculture.
